Recipe:
ALL BROWNIES

WET INGREDIENTS:

1/3 cup

 

1/4 cup

1 tsp

1/2 cup

Organic Softened Coconut Oil,

Avocado Oil or Ghee

Organic Unsweetened Applesauce (or 1 egg if tolerated)

Vanilla

Water

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 350 C. Use coconut oil to grease a glass or ceramic 8"x8" square dish. In a medium bowl mix dry ingredients well by hand. Add wet ingredients to dry & continue to mix well. Press the mixture firmly into dish with a spatula until smooth & even on top. Bake for 30 minutes. You want a bit of a dirty tooth pick to come out of the middle. Let cool for a few hours, cut into 16 squares & enjoy!
