Recipe:
BLUEBERRY SCONES

WET INGREDIENTS:

2 tsp

1 tsp

1/2 cup 1/2 cup

1 cup

Apple Cider Vinegar

Vanilla

Water

Coconut Oil

Frozen Blueberries

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 350°C. Mix all dry ingredients in a medium to large bowl with mixing spoon. Cut or fold coconut oil into dry ingredients simply by using your hands to mix. Add the all wet ingredients but not frozen blueberries. Mix well with hands. Add blueberries & mix for another 15 seconds. Either shape dough with hands into 3/4" thick by 2.5" round discs or roll dough out to 3/4" thick and use a 2.5" round cookie cutter to make the scones. Bake for 18 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!
