Recipe:
ALL GRANOLA SQUARES
WET INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup
3 tbsp​

1/4 cup
Extra Virgin Organic Coconut Oil
Organic Tahini, Sunflower
Seed Butter or Almond Butter (or your favourite, each
will add it's own flavour)
Honey

DIRECTIONS:
NOTE: If you are making the Cranberry Orange version, zest the orange or lemon first and mix well into dry ingredients.

BALLS & SQUARES Mix all dry ingredients in a medium bowl. In a small pot, combine all wet ingredients & melt on lowest heat, continuously stirring until well combined then remove immediately & let cool. Once cooled to room temperature, pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients & mix until well combined. Dampen hands with water & either form into firm balls & place on a tray or press firmly & evenly into a 8" x 8" glass dish. Press down hard. Cover dish or tray & place in fridge or freezer for an hour or more. Enjoy balls or cut 8"x8" dish into 16 squares and enjoy! Store in fridge or freezer.

GRANOLA Preheat oven to 350°C. Omit seed butter. In small pot on lowest heat melt coconut oil & honey while continuously stirring . Once cooled mix wet ingredients with dry. Spread evenly on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 8 minutes then stir. Bake for another 5-8 minutes depending on how toasted you like it. Let cool and enjoy!
