Recipe:
ALL GRANOLA SQUARES
WET INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup
3 tbsp​

1/4 cup
Extra Virgin Organic Coconut Oil
Organic Tahini, Sunflower
Seed Butter or Almond Butter
(or your favourite, each will add
it's own flavour)
Honey

DIRECTIONS:
NOTE: If you are making the Cranberry Orange version, zest 1 tbsp of an orange or lemon first and mix the zest into dry ingredients.

SQUARES Mix all dry ingredients in a medium bowl. In a small pot, combine all wet ingredients & melt on lowest heat, continuously stirring until well combined then remove immediately & let cool. Once cooled to room temperature, pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients & mix until well combined. Dampen hands with water and/or use a spatula and press very firmly & evenly into an 8" x 8" glass dish. Press down hard. Cover dish and place in fridge or freezer for an hour or more. Cut into 16 squares or 8 bars and enjoy! Store in fridge or freezer.

GRANOLA Preheat oven to 350°C. Omit seed butter. In small pot on lowest heat melt coconut oil & honey while continuously stirring . Once cooled mix wet ingredients with dry. Spread evenly on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 8 minutes then stir. Bake for another 5-8 minutes depending on how toasted you like it. Let cool and enjoy!
