Recipe:
CHOCOLATEY CHIP BROWNIES

WET INGREDIENTS:

1/3 cup

 

1/4 cup

1 tsp

1/2 cup

Organic Avocado Oil, Grapeseed Oil, Softened Coconut Oil or Ghee

Organic Unsweetened Applesauce (or 1 egg if tolerated)

Vanilla

Water

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 350°C. Grease an 8"x8" square pan or criss cross two sheets of parchment paper in an 8"x8" pan. In a medium bowl mix dry ingredients well by hand.

OPTION: Mix in some crushed walnuts into dry mix and save some to spread on top for an added crunch!

Add wet ingredients to dry & continue to mix well. Press the mixture firmly into dish with a spatula until smooth & even on top. Bake for 24 minutes. You want a bit of a dirty tooth pick to come out of the middle. Let cool, cut into 16 squares & enjoy!
