Recipe:
PUMPKIN SPICE MUFFINS
WET INGREDIENTS:
1/3 cup
2 cups
1/4 cup
2 tsp
1 tsp
Avocado or Grapeseed Oil
Pumpkin Puree
DF Milk or Water
Apple Cider Vinegar
GF Vanilla

DIRECTIONS:
MUFFINS : Preheat oven to 350°C. Prep a 12 cup muffin tin with liners. Mix all dry ingredients well in a medium to large bowl. Add wet ingredients to dry and mix well. Pour batter into muffin cups. Bake at 350 on middle rack for 26 minutes, do not over bake. Let cool before enjoying!
LOAF : Pour batter into 9" x 5" loaf pan. Bake at 350°C on middle rack for 55-60 minutes, do not over bake. Let cool completely before slicing.
