ORGANIC GF APPLE JUICE SWEETENED CRANBERRIES

Cranberries have polyphenols that possess anti-inflammatory properties that are healing to the body. They also possess nutritional polyphenols like proanthocyanins and D-mannos which is a monosaccharide (a sugar) that can prevent unwanted bacteria from sticking to the walls of the urinary tract system. On top of that they're high in Vitamin C and supplies adequate essential dietary fibers, vitamins and minerals.

ORGANIC GF COCONUT

Coconuts are interesting, they can actually be classified as a nut, a seed and a fruit. You can drink coconut water for natural electrolytes, use the meat for a variety of things like whipped coconut, coconut yogurt, and more, and the oil is excellent for use in baking and cooking because it has a higher heat point than most oils. This means it will take more heat before going rancid while cooking. You can also make coconut flour, sugar, butter and milk out of coconuts. They contain medium chain triglycerides which are easier to digest, beneficial to our gut flora, provide immediate energy, and are shown to be anti-inflammatory.
